Miller Gadgets Policy

Terms of Service

Terms governing orders, payments, product availability, inspections and use of the Miller Gadgets website.

Version 1.0Effective date 2026-07-23

These terms summarise the ordering, payment, reservation and customer-confirmation rules used by Miller Gadgets.

1. Availability and ordering

Customers should confirm product availability through an official Miller Gadgets channel before payment. Limited deals may sell out quickly. Where a selected product becomes unavailable, Miller Gadgets will recommend the closest suitable alternative.

2. Prices and delivery charges

Website prices are fixed. Wholesale, reseller and bulk pricing is handled separately. Delivery is charged separately according to the customer’s location and delivery method.

3. Payments

Miller Gadgets accepts bank transfers and cash at the office. Online payment details must be confirmed through the official WhatsApp account. For pay-on-delivery arrangements, at least 75% of the total order value must be paid before delivery is processed.

4. Changes and cancellation

An order may be changed or cancelled before it has been processed and dispatched. Any price difference must be settled before an updated order is processed. Where a refund is approved after cancellation, it will normally be processed within 48 hours.

5. Reservations

Selected deal products can be reserved with a minimum 70% deposit and will be held for 48 hours. If the balance is not completed within that period, an approved deposit refund will normally be processed within 24 hours.

6. Customer confirmation

Customers should confirm the model, storage, colour, condition, specification, included accessories and delivery arrangement before completing payment. A properly supplied and functional device cannot be returned because the customer changed their mind or selected the wrong option.

7. Official accounts

Only use payment details supplied through the official Miller Gadgets WhatsApp account. Miller Gadgets cannot confirm or recover payments sent to an account that does not belong to the business.
