How Miller Gadgets handles customer information, website analytics and service requests.

This policy explains the information Miller Gadgets requests and how it is used while handling orders, deliveries, repairs, warranty claims, trade-ins and device sales.

1. Information we request

We request only information reasonably needed to process an order, delivery, warranty claim, repair, trade-in or sale. This may include your name, contact details, delivery information, device details, proof of purchase and proof of ownership.

2. Payment and account information

Miller Gadgets does not store customers’ card information, banking passwords or account login details. Never send banking, email, Apple ID, Google, Samsung or social-media passwords.

3. Devices submitted for repair

Back up important photos, videos, contacts, documents and authentication information before submitting a device. We handle devices and information carefully and make reasonable efforts to preserve files, but some faults, software repairs or diagnostic procedures may require a reset. Where possible, the customer will be informed before a device is wiped.

4. Security access

Where device access is required, Miller Gadgets may guide the customer to unlock the device, disable a security feature or activate a supported repair mode. Customers should not send permanent account passwords.

5. Official channels

Use the social-media and contact links displayed on the Miller Gadgets website or official Linktree page. Report fake accounts through the relevant platform and notify Miller Gadgets through an official channel.
